The Let-Down: Each time baby begins to nurse the nerves in your breast send signals that release the milk in your milk ducts. This let down reflex usually happens after your baby has been sucking the breast for about two minutes
Well for me, my only milk letdown has been that my boobs have so far let me down. I don’t seem to produce enough for the twins and this is so frustrating. This is something my body should do easily, but it is really struggling and it’s super heartbreaking.
I have been attempting to supplement but it sucks when they make disgusted faces as they refuse the bottle and then eagerly accept the boob only to watch them get frustrated when they can’t get full.
It’s one of the most heartbreaking and frustrating things, not my number one, but definitely up there in the top ten, maybe even top five.
